When Quartz Horn first came to Ponyville she took a dislike to Rainbow Feather and was a real jerk- here was this griffon who was close to the Elements, and that's what *she* wanted to be!

Eventually she realized how stupid that was and they reconciled, but it was some time before Quartz ponied up and apologized, tears in her eyes. An apology Rainbow Feather gladly accepted!
